Brazil Ibiraci, Minas Gerais, Fazenda Cruz Alta
Fazenda Cruz Alta is a 600-hectare farm that has coffee on 330 hectares, growing a
mix of Bourbon, Catuai, Mundo Novo, and Catucai coffees. It is owned by Enison
Lopes Ferreira, whose great-grandfather Ladário Deodoro da Silva, first planted
crops here in 1923.
Expect coffees that are roasted not more than 3 weeks from roasting date.
We roast weekly on every Wednesday of the week.
