Gaya is produced using the dry-freezing method which goes through the chronology of freezing the coffee, lowering the pressure, then, removing the ice by sublimation. The lower pressure used in the process helps with retaining the quality of coffee when rehydrated!
Pour in 200 – 230 ml of water / milk, that’s it!
