Grown in the highlands of Guji, Oromia between 1950–2300 meters, Ethiopia Guji Haro Masako is a vibrant natural-processed coffee that showcases the elegance Ethiopian coffees are celebrated for. This light roast opens with juicy notes of peach and ripe mango, followed by a smooth dark chocolate finish that brings balance and depth to the cup. Produced from heirloom varieties cultivated by smallholder farmers, the coffee carries remarkable complexity, floral sweetness, and a refined acidity that shines beautifully as a pour over, americano, or a fruit-forward latte.
