Returns Policy

Coffee Products (Perishable)

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is damaged during delivery, or
  • The item received is incorrect

Equipment & Accessories (Non-Perishable)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • Item is unused
  • In original packaging
  • In original condition

Return Eligibility (All Items)

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


Return Window & Reporting

All return requests and order issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

This includes:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items
  • Missing items

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.


Return Process

  1. Email info.43coffee@gmail.com with subject: Return Request
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the issue
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions
  4. Ship the item to the provided return address

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Please note:

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees
  • If the item is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will reimburse or cover the return shipping cost

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Coffee and other perishable goods (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item
  2. Place a new order once the return is approved
